The new XGT® Range
The new XGT® 40Vmax and 80Vmax Range is the new system of tools, batteries and chargers. The combination of innovative tool design and high-power batteries provides an ideal solution for professional gardeners and landscapers.
The XGT® battery platform is designed for applications with particularly high power requirements: the batteries deliver a maximum of 40Vmax. The XGT® batteries are a new system that joins the proven LXT® range, suitable for a range of applications that require high performance, thus allowing a high-performance alternative togasoline-powered machinery.
The range of XGT® tools and batteries comes with an integrated program that provides digital communication between the battery and the tool. The battery technology and the motor engineering of the tools work together for optimal performance.
The new XGT® batteries are also designed to be extremely durable. They are equipped with a triple-layer waterproof structure and a terminal structure to prevent thermal short circuits. Thanks to their resistance to water and dust, the batteries and tools can also be used in harsh environmental conditions. The batteries are also equipped with an external casing and a cell support that is resistant to impacts.
With batteries with an output of 40Vmax (1 battery) or 80Vmax (2 batteries), XGT battery technology offers the user:
- increased power thanks to brushless motors and rare earth magnets
- longer life thanks to the shock-absorbing structure and resistance to water and dust
- real-time communication between the battery and the tool for regulation to combat heat, overload and excessive discharge. It allows sustained power up to 2 times longer during the most demanding applications
- fast charging technology (between 28 minutes and 72 minutes) thanks to multi-surface contacts and double cooling fans.
- offers advantages such as no exhaust fumes, less noise, less vibration, for greater respect for the environment
